Apple Refurbished iPhone

Very happy with my recent purchase of my iPhone 7 to replace my old iPhone 5. Works perfectly, great new features and in great condition as described on the website.

The third phone I have bought from Imperial, that says it all! Was delivered a few days earlier than expected, great communication throughout would definitely recommend to family and friends – Keep up the great work!

Sent my iPhone 7 to be repaired due to a cracked screen. Once they confirmed they had my phone, I got a message the same day that my phone was in the post back to me. I received it the next day. Very speedy service taking only 3 working days from sending to them and getting back repaired which is working great just how it was before I cracked it. Would certainly use in the future.

I had problems in the past with other phone companies so decided to give Imperial Phones a chance - what a great decision. Received my iPhone 6s in Rose Gold excellent which was in better than expected condition. Was priced very fairly, competitively, great value for money and service.

Very reliable and fair company, purchased an iPhone 7 Plus over 3 months ago but unfortunately developed a charging fault around two weeks ago. After contacting Imperial Phones they quickly resolved my problem explaining that the warranty sold with the phone covered this fault so I sent the phone back to them and within 3 working days had my phone returned which is running great all free of charge!

I had one phone repaired by Imperial and bought one, both pleasant experiences, maybe the repair could have been a day or so quicker but other than that I will be returning when it comes to upgrading or further repairs.
