6 Months – Covering all electronic accessories such as Lighting to USB Cables and headphones if they develop a fault we are happy to exchange or a full refund. Unfortunately accessories such as tempered glass and cases (none electronic) which cannot develop faults and once used we will not accept returns of this kind of product due to its nature.
The warranty covers any manufactures faults and defects; however accidental damage is not covered under our warranty such as dropping the device and cracking the LCD screen. Warranty will take effect from the dispatch date of the product. However, this does not mean we cannot repair your device for a small Fee – please check out our dedicated repair department for further information.
Yes – We are extremely confident in our strict quality control which should ensure you may never need to return your device to us. However, in the unlikely event of your device developing a fault, we offer a full FREE 12 months warranty with every device sold via the website.

DELIVERY
Yes. If you want your goods to be delivered to a different address than your billing address, please ensure that you correctly fill in your personal information with this information. If you choose a different billing address to delivery address, we may require further information about the purchase. One of our customer services team will be in touch should we require this information from you

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3 pm – Your item will be dispatched the very next day.
Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday or over the weekend – Your item will be dispatched the next working day (Monday), meaning you will likely receive the item on the second or third working day of the week.
Orders placed on a Bank Holiday – Your item will be dispatched the next available working day.
International Deliveries
International purchases are not guaranteed next day delivery. Royal mail First class sign for service aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, please see website for guidance.
We send all of our devices out via Royal Mail First Class Sign For or Royal Mail Tracked 24™ for next day delivery option. Items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 3 pm Monday to Friday, and you will receive this item within 1-3 Working days depending on location, 80% success rate of receiving within 2 working days and 85% success rate of next day delivery if you chose this option.

RETURNS
Once your product has been received we will send you confirmation text message or email. We will aim to provide you with a replacement or refund on the same day that we receive your item back. Although this is a target this is not guaranteed in some cases may take slightly longer but you will be kept up to date.
If we receive this back after 3 pm then this will be actioned on the next working day.
If you need to return your gadget due to a problem or fault within 30 days of purchase, Imperial Phones will cover the cost of the postage from the address to which the phone was delivered to. Please fill in our online returns form and follow the instructions.
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, Imperial Phones will not cover the cost of the postage. Please fill in our online returns form and follow the instructions. Once your item is received and the gadget is assessed, we will process your return request.
In the unlikely event of this happening as we individually check our devices on the check mend database before being sold. However, under extraordinary circumstances, this could occur, contact customer services on 02034177989 or sale@imperialphones.co.uk to arrange a replacement product.

If your device develops a fault within the first 30 days, please fill out our online returns form and we will take care of the rest.
After 30 Days
If you have purchased a phone or tablet from us and develops a fault after 30 days, you are protected by our 12-month warranty cover. If a fault has developed within the warranty period, please fill in our online returns form. If you have other questions regarding a faulty return within 12 months, please contact our Customer Service team on 02034177989
We will aim to provide you with a replacement item once the problem has been verified.
If a `like for like’ replacement is not available, we will provide you with a full refund via the method in which you paid (e.g. debit card).
Please note that all returns should be sent in the original box including all accessories. If you fail to return the item in its original condition, we may charge you a fee or offer you a partial refund to cover the cost of the missing items.
Please do not send any of your own accessories back with the phone as we cannot be held responsible should anything happen to them. This includes screen protectors, sim cards and memory cards. We are also not liable to issue a refund for any accessories that you may have purchased for the phone.

If you’ve selected a SIM FREE/Unlocked device, any UK SIM card should work in this gadget.
You will need to check the type of SIM card that your new device has as these can vary. To check this, find your device on the website, go to Technical specs, and go to the section called “SIM type”. This will tell you the type of SIM card you will need.
If you purchase a network locked Device from us, you may have the ability to unlock this device to accept any UK network. Please contact your network service provider to arrange this service. REPAIRS
Here at Imperial Phones, we have built up an unrivalled reputation as the repair specialists in which we pride ourselves on the speed and quality of our service which has seen many happy customers. We aim to carry out most of our repairs within 24-48 hours upon receiving your device(s). We have an 85% success rate of completing our repairs within this time frame, but in some circumstance, the repair may take slightly longer depending on the type of repair as they can vary in complexity, and in some cases, extra parts may need to be ordered which can cause a delay. In the unlikely event of this occurring with your repair we are committed to keeping you up to date at every stage, once we have any information we can pass on to you we will do so, normally this would be via Email or SMS Text message.
We highly recommend you back up your device and reset it back to the original factory settings to ensure your data is safe and protected. This also ensures we can fully test the device after repair without compromising your privacy. Also, please remove any pins and passwords as this will slow down our repair service if we need to obtain passcodes.
This does not cover all repairs, such as water/liquid damage and diagnostic. But if you send in your device and in the unlikely event for whatever reason, we are unable to fix the device we will not charge you. However, each case will be individually considered and a full refund will be handed out based on our discretion.
When we carry out a repair on a waterproof device that involves opening and closing the device we cannot guarantee that your device will be 100% waterproof after the repair process has been completed and we will not be liable for any damage after the repair has been completed.
Once repaired every device will go through strict quality control where the device will be tested multiple times by our highly trained and professional iTechs in order to ensure our workmanship is up to our high organisation’s standards. During this testing phases, we will test many different aspects of the device, including the buttons, vibration, sound, cameras, charging port, Wi-Fi, speakers, signal, front screen, LCD display, power settings and much more, to ensure we don’t miss any faults and provide the best service possible.
If you wish to cancel your repair, you must do this before you send the device, and your order will be fully refundable. Once we have received the device and depending on the repairs that need to be carried out, we may not be able to cancel, however, if we can, an additional postage charge and in some cases administration fee shall be deducted from your repair cost and remainder refunded to you.

Here at Imperial Phones, we will not repair any device that has been bricked, blocked or jail-broken. The device will be sent back and the customer will be refunded and in some cases a postage and administration cost may apply as it is the customer responsibility to find out the status of the device before sending in to us for repair, however, if it was sent in for a diagnostic or liquid damage this will not be refunded.
